Our Client, a well respected 4 star hotel in Perthshire are recruiting for multiple roles within their new look kitchen brigade, they are currently looking for a Chef De Partie and commis chef to work in their brasserie kitchen. The hotel is under going a multi million pound refurbishment and will be headed up by a Celebrity Head Chef.

Chef De Partie

The Chef De Partie role will be to work on a variety of sections in the kitchen including sauce and larder. The role will include training of the highest degree from the celebrity Head Chef which you in turn will pass on to junior members of the brigade.

Commis Chef

The Commis Chef role will be to support the brigade while learning your trade in a top kitchen. You will be assigned multiple tasks on a day to day basis which you will complete as quickly and to the best of your ability each time.

Both roles come with an excellent salary and accommodation to help with relocation if needed.
